When choosing a personal trainer, you have many options. Some things you should consider before making your final selection:
- Do they work out of a facility? (studio, gym, etc)
- Did they do an initial assessment?
- Do they "motivate" you to achieve your fitness goals?
- Are they knowledgeable about their profession?
- Do you trust them to get you where you want to be?
- Is nutrition and diet part of the process and conversation?
This is, of course, not an all inclusive list, however, if your current or future trainer can answer yes to all of these questions, that's an excellent start!!
